RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, please contact us at leticia@triplerootedthreads.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 1-3 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please contact us and we'll be happy to help arrange an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or are missing tags.
